O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the land situated at S.No.107/7A2B in Poosalapuram, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District and fix the boundaries based on the petitioner's online application dated 24.06.2025 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted an application to the respondents 1 and 2 on 24.06.2025 for survey and demarcate the property of the petitioner. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in 2/4

accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are rival claims, the said issues can be agitated before the civil Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
