ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Though the writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025 and to register the petitioner's contractor license with Thiruvattar Town Panchayat and consequently issue the work order for 'Laying Cement Concrete Road at KizhakkaNettravilai Link Road connecting Bharathapalli Road, Thiruvattar,' pursuant to the e-tender notification vide Na.Ka.279/2024/A1 dated 08.08.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has now fairly submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass order.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the fifth respondent/Executive Officer, Thiruvattar First Grade Town Panchayat, Kanniyakumari District. On receipt of such representation, the fifth respondent shall consider the same and pass order thereon within one month therefrom.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
