PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the amount remitted by the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission to set up bar at Survey No.349. Plot No.1, Boothipuram Village, Bodinayakkanur, Periyakulam, Theni District in accordance with the No Objection granted by the respondent by its proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 0876/2023/A5, dated 13.12.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to set up a bar at Survey No.349. Plot No.1, Boothipuram Village, Bodinayakkanur, Periyakulam, Theni District in accordance with the No Objection issued by the respondent. 2.Today(21.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
