The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to sanction and give monthly pension to petitioner and also salary between 17.12.2018 to 15.10.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that he had made a representation on 15.09.2025 for the very same relief. Hence, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
