Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent vide her proceedings in No.23064/Thaku.4/2023 dated 30.11.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequent direction may be issued to the respondents to grant 6 days emergency leave to my son Kannan S/o.Muthu (Convict No.24366) confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli from 30.12.2023 to 04.01.2024.
