ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the fourth respondent not to harass him in guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the sixth respondent against the petitioner; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the fourth respondent on summons. There shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
