DECREE:

This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day. Upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.Padmavathy, Advocates for the Appellant and of Mr.D.Gandhiraj, Advocate for the Respondent and this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

1. That the Decree and Judgment passed in A.S.No.26 of 2010 dated 11.03.2011 on the file of the the Sub Judge, Kovilpatti confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.16 of 2008 on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, be and here by are confirmed and second appeal is dismissed;

2. That there be no order as to costs in this Second Appeal.
