Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner is a senior citizen. He wants the petition-mentioned settlement deed to be cancelled. He has also moved the Maintenance Tribunal / first respondent.

3. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The private respondents shall be put on notice before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
