ORDER

This review petition relates to an order dated 09.09.2025 in W.P. (MD) No. 24267 of 2025. Learned counsel for the review applicant submits that a survey was carried out without considering the objections of the review applicant.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 2 2/5

to 4 and 6 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the fifth respondent. On instructions, learned Government Advocate states that the survey has not been conducted till date. He also states that only notice was issued in relation to the application for survey.

3. In these facts and circumstances, no case is made out to review the earlier order. Nonetheless, as directed therein, the third and fourth respondents herein are directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the owners of relevant adjacent lands and consider their objections before taking a decision on the request of the first respondent herein for a survey. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
