ORDER

The petitioners seek direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent Police is not harassing the petitioners; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint against the petitioners regarding adoption of a child; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioners within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
