Heard both sides.

2.Writ petitions / contempt petitions / review applications were filed before this Court in respect of petition mentioned subject matter. Finally, an acceptable formula was evolved. The apprehension of the petitioner is that while the arrangement evolved pursuant to the Court's direction is going on smoothly, in view of the expiry of the tenure of the office bearers of the fisherman society, confusion may crop up. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that till the new office bearers are elected, the existing arrangement would be continued.
