ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a member of the second respondent society seeking a mandamus as against the 1st respondent to accept Form-7 which is said to have been filed by Elected Office Bearers. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had challenged the election in O.S.No.154 of 2025 before the Additional District Court, Paramakudi. After he had filed the said suit, he has been removed from the general council membership by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the present prayer has been sought for as against the 1st respondent not to accept Form-7 sent by the 2nd respondent by removing the petitioner and considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2025. 3.

As far as the removal of petitioner from the membership is concerned, it is for the petitioner to agitate the same before the competent civil Court. As far as the acceptance of Form-7 by the 1st respondent is concerned, the petitioner has already challenged the election before the competent civil Court and depending upon the orders of the civil Court, the 1st respondent would act in accordance with law. Therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain such a prayer.
