ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an aided Minority School run by a Corporate Management seeking a Mandamus as against the authorities for approval of appointment of B.T Assistant (Maths) Teacher in their School with effect from 01.08.2017.
2. The Corporate Management is directed to approach the third respondent herein with all relevant records indicating the fact that there are no B.T Assistant (Maths) Teachers within the Corporate Management in the academic year 2017-2018. In case if the third respondent Office finds that there 2/5
are no surplus Teachers within the Corporate Management for the academic year 2017-2018, he shall issue a certificate to the said effect. Based upon the said certificate, the fourth respondent is directed to approve the appointment of Mrs.T.Mary Amutha as B.T Assistant (Maths) with effect from 01.08.2017. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. This writ petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above. There shall be no order as to costs.
