ORDER

This Court, in W.P.(MD)No.16792 of 2020, by order dated 01.02.2022, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2020 and pass appropriate orders on its merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks. The petitioner, with a grievance that the order dated 01.02.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.16792 of 2020, has not been complied with, has filed this petition.

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari and submits that the representation of the petitioner was duly considered and rejected by the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari, by his proceedings dated 26.05.2022.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy, if he is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 26.05.2022.
