Respondent/Respondent/ Plaintiff Prayer: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 CPC against the judgment and decree of the Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatty,in Appeal Suit No 31 of 2010 preferred against the judgment and decree of the court of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam in Original Suit No.3 of 2007, dated 07.01.2010 ORDER : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day Upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgement and Decrees of the Lower Applellate Court, and the court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.S.DHANA ARAVINDHA BALAJI, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.D.
