Heard both sides.
2. The petition mentioned land belonging to the petitioner had been sealed by the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent has no power of sealing. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to remove the seal. It is open to the competent authority to take action as per law.
3. With this liberty to the competent authority, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
