'Muthuvavu' in the patta and Adangal registrar pertaining the land in S.No.237/2B4, 263/14B, 263/21B, 643/6A, 643/7A, 643/8B, 668/3B2, 668/4B bearing Patta No.1779 situated at North Singampunari Group, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2023 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The name of the petitioner's father had been wrongly spelt as 'Muthuvaravu' instead of 'Muthuvavu'.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that it is an UDR error. Therefore, the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai is the authority competent to correct the same.

4.The petitioner is permitted to submit an application before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall hold an enquiry and pass order thereon within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of such an application.

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
