PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to allow the Second Appeal to set aside the judgment and decree dated 28.02.2011 in A.S.No.70 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram confirming the judgment and decree dated 17.08.2010 in O.S.No.215 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram in respect of the subject matter of this appeal and to dismiss the suit with costs throughout.
