JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants filed a memo, dated 10.02.2017 stating that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and that the appellants have instructed him to withdraw the Second Appeal and the learned counsel sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the Second Appeal.

2.In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The said memo is taken on record. There shall be no order as to costs.
