DECREE: This Second Appeal coming on for orders as to admission under the provision of Rule 11 of order XLI of Schedule I of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, upon perusing the grounds of appeal and the judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, Advocate for the appellant and Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu, Advocate for the respondents 2,3,6 to 11 and Mr.R.Velmurugan Advocate for the respondents 4 and 5, this court while dismissing the appeal doth order and decree as follows:- i) that it is ordered and decreed that this second appeal be and hereby is dismissed.
