ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 13383 of 2025 dt. 18.08.2025.

PJL regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been laid before the concerned Magistrate Court.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and since charge sheet has been laid, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required and all hearing dates. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
