PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the 2nd respondent to carry out survey, measurement and demarcation of boundaries of the properties comprised in Survey No.823/3B and 826/10 measuring to an extent of 0.18.5 Ares and 0.19.0 Ares respectively situated at Sernthamangalam Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation application dated 23.09.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the second respondent to carry out survey, measurement and demarcation of boundaries of the properties comprised in Survey No.823/3B and 826/10 measuring to an extent of 0.18.5 Ares and 0.19.0 Ares 2/5

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that there are several applications pending and the application would be considered in a chronological order and the date of survey would be communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent may consider the petitioner's request as and when the Taluk Surveyor conveys the date of survey. The respondent police may issue notice to the counter parties for their presence during the survey.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
