This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation in connection with the online complaint dated 05.09.2025 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent, to investigate the matter further and to take appropriate action by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2025 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Admittedly, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent, and only an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out. Hence, at this stage, there cannot be any transfer of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.
