ORDER

The petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2025 and to take appropriate action as against respondents 2 and 3.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had sent a complaint by post and thereafter, he did not appear before the respondent police for enquiry; that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Vadagarai Police Station for enquiry; and that thereafter, the Inspector of Police, Vadagarai Police Station, shall take an appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2025.

3. Recording the submission, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Vadagarai Police Station for enquiry on 27.10.2025 and thereafter, the Inspector of Police, Vadagarai Police Station, shall consider the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2025 2/4

and take suitable action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
