ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 447, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.329 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the name of the petitioner was deleted from the First Information Report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
