2. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
