The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to implead the proposed respondent as second respondent in Crl.A(MD) No.1043 of 2025.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. After making amendment, notice is ordered to the newly impleaded respondent returnable by 30.10.2025. Private Notice is also permitted.

4.The jurisdictional Police is directed to take necessary steps to serve notice on the respondent.

5.Post the matter on 30.10.2025.
