O RDER This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to entrust the petitioner's complaint dt.11.10.2023 to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for further enquiry based on the petitioners representation dt.16.12.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both counsel are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already they have conducted enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner and the same was closed.

3.In view of the above said submissions, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands closed.
