ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an aided non-minority institution seeking a Mandamus as against the 1st respondent for disposal of their representation, dated 12.12.2023.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, they are having eligible student strength for sanction of one more post of Record Clerk and Office Assistant, for which a representation has been sent to the 1st respondent herein on 12.12.2023. Though the said request has been acknowledged by the 1st respondent, so far no orders have been passed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
