PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, to direct the respondent police to comply the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Cr.M.P.No.2716 of 2023 dated 26.08.2023 and further to direct the respondent police to register the FIR in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent Police to comply with the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Cr.M.P.No.2716 of 2023 dated 26.08.2023. 2.When the case came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor invited the attention of this Court to the copy of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Cr.M.P.No.2716 of 2023. Based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Cr.M.P.No.3716 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023, the Inspector of Police, Pallathur Police Station, had already approached the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and stated that the subject matter of the dispute occurred within the local limits of Sakkottai Police Station. Therefore, it is under consideration of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3.Recording the same, the Petitioner is directed to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. The learned Judicial Magistrate, 2/4

Karaikudi, is directed to consider the report of the Inspector of Police, Pallathur Police Station, regarding jurisdiction and issue appropriate directions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
