Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.JENIFAR BIBIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD). No.19361 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioners, because, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.19361 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 02.11.2022 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
