The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file the final 1/4

report in connection with a case in Crime No.757 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Investigation Officer has examined 192 witnesses so far and he needs some more time to complete the investigation and file the final report.

3. The respondent Police is expected to complete the investigation in Crime No.757 of 2023 and file the final report before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
