PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 14925 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.14925 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 25 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 25 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 14925 of 2025 on 10.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed 2/4

against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.14925 of 2025 on 10.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders. (S S Y J) 17.10.2025 jbr TO
