Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to 1st respondent proceeding made in Mu.Mu.AA1/19445/2022 dated on 07.11.2022 quash the same, and further directed the 1st and 2nd respondents to follow the procedures contemplated under Land Encroachment Act, 1905. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.Sakthivel, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. N.Satheesh Kumar AGP For the R1,to 3, this Court made the following order: Heard both sides.

21.12.2022. The petitioner was given time till 30.04.2023. This petition for extension of time was filed last year. We are satisfied that there is no justification on the part of the petitioner in seeking further extension of time.
