ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 08.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, it is open to her to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
