10.09.2025 on the file of this Hon'ble Court ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).14876 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).14876 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall comply the said condition weekly once i.e., on every Sunday for a period of four weeks and thereafter, appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
