ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.S.S.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition No.I, in Crl.M.P.No.4269 of 2023, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, dated 27.11.2023. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that eight previous cases are pending against the petitioner, among which, four cases are registered under Section 302 IPC. Further, NBW was issued against the petitioner on 29.12.2023.

3.
