ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Cases, Theni to consider the bail application on their surrender on the same day, if any petition filed by the petitioners in Crime No.164/2025 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that during the course of investigation, it was found to be a case of mistake of fact and accordingly, the case was closed.
