O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the Petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023. 2.The third respondent given a complaint against the petitioner stating that he has given Rs.2,85,000/- to the petitioner. But thereafter, he refused to return the same.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that over the above said transaction, proceedings under section 138 of NI Act is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy.
4. In view of the above said, let the above said complaint be closed, advising the parties to workout their remedy in the proceedings, which is proposed to be taken by the petitioner.
5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
