The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.393 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
