The petitioner/defacto complainant in SC No.81 of 2023 has approached this Court seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District to conclude the trial in S.C.No.81 of 2023 within a stipulated time. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the case was posted on 27.06.2024 for the appearance of the accused and the charges are yet to be framed.

3.It appears that the case is of the year 2023 and it is reported that the charges are yet to be framed.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with 2/4

a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, on seniority basis.
