This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.7 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2013, the 1st respondent police filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.106 of 2013 before the concerned court.
