This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2022, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The facts in brief:

The petitioner, who is the husband, filed H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2022 before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, seeking a decree of divorce, on the ground of cruelty against his wife, who is the respondent herein before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. According to the petitioner, even though the petition was filed in the year 2022, no progress is made till now. There is no chance for reunion also. On that ground he wants a direction to be issued to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2022, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.A similar petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23411 of 2023 was filed by this petitioner, seeking a direction to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to expedite the trial in M.C.No.89 of 2022, which was also filed by the wife of this petitioner. That was also considered by this Court, by the order, dated 22.12.2023 and direction was also issued to complete the enquiry process in M.C.No.89 of 2022, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of that order. 2/4

4.Since another matrimonial case is pending, which is the subject matter of this petition before the very same Family Court, let the petition in H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2022 be disposed of simultaneously along with M.C.No.89 of 2022, within a period of three months as directed earlier in the original petition.

With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
