2. The case of the prosecution is that while the respondent and his team was in patrol duty, the petitioner and other accused persons were talking about the Indian Pangolin Scales, at that time, the respondent team rounded up them, this petitioner escaped from there. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) vehemently objected for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Since all the accused were arrested and all of them confessed that the petitioner is involved in the present crime, and he is the main accused in the entire transaction, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
