ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the offences are bail-innature.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that A1 is a History Sheeted Rowdy and the offences are bailable in nature.

3. Considering the same, the petitioners are directed to approach the respondent police and submit an application. In such a case, the respondent police shall consider for granting station bail on the same day.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
