ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the Respondents No.1 and 2 regarding withdrawal of the investigation from the file of second respondent to any other agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case where the petitioner along with others were proceeded to Pathayathra was hit by the vehicles. The hit and run vehicle was seized . The learned Addtional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the CCTV video footage, they had identified two vehicles and the two vehicles are to be seized. They undertakes to proceed further with the investigation of the Superintedndent of Police, Dindigul.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second Respondent shall file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to supervise the investigation. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
