By relying on patta No.2412 in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner applied for the conduct of a survey on 12.07.2025. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's application would be acted upon within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The patta in respect of survey Nos.45/1A and 45/1B stands in the name of the petitioner. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no rival title claim.

4. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by 2/4

directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey and complete such survey within three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. No costs.
