2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Sahaya Mini, who is daughter-in-law of the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both the husband and wife appeared and stated that they want to separate mutually. On the basis of the above said statements, the said enquiry was closed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous.

4. With the above said observation, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
