PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by the 2nd respondent in PA.Mu.A3/3830/2024 dated 18.02.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this court. ORDER

By relying on order dated 18.02.2025 of the second respondent, the petitioner seeks the implementation thereof by the 3rd respondent. 2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the order would be implemented within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The order of the Revenue Divisional Officer is dated 18.02.2025. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order has not been assailed by way of revision or otherwise by the 4th respondent till date. This aspect has to be verified by the 3rd respondent before implementing the order of the second respondent.

4.Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to issue notice to the 4th respondent, ascertain whether the order dated 18.02.2025 has been interfered with and, if not, implement the order of the second respondent within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
