PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS, direction to the 1st to 3rd Respondents to conduct enquiry to cancel the wrongly issued Patta No.6 and Patta No.2059 in favour of the 4th respondent as requested in the Representation of the Petitioner dated 16.10.2024, 20.02.2025 and 19.03.2025.

ORDER

After filing an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer complaining that a larger extent was recorded in the name of the 4th respondent in the patta, the present writ petition has been filed for the early disposal of such appeal.

2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. By referring to an inquiry notice dated 21.02.2025, he submits that the inquiry is pending before the second respondent and that a speaking order would be issued within three months.

3.In view of the nature of relief claimed, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent herein. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's 2/4
